1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by CoreScale on websites, landing pages, forms, chat widgets/bots, and other online services that link to this Policy (the “Sites”). This Policy does not apply to information processed under a separate contract with our business clients (e.g., Master Services Agreement), employment applicant data, or information processed by third-party websites or services that we do not control.

2) Notice at Collection (Nevada) & Categories We Collect

We may collect the categories below for the purposes in Section 4. We retain each category for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention ranges are listed as guidance and are subject to our internal retention schedule.

Sensitive Personal Information (SPI)

We do not seek SPI on the Sites. If you voluntarily submit SPI (e.g., health info in a free-text field), we process it only to address your request and then delete/minimize.

Nevada “Sale” Disclosure (NRS 603A): We do not sell personal information for money. If this changes, Nevada residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their covered information. See Section 7 for how to submit a Nevada do-not-sell request and our designated contact.

5) How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service Providers/Processors (acting on our behalf), such as hosting, analytics, advertising/retargeting, email/CRM, payment processing, customer support.

  • Business Partners involved in joint marketing or events (with appropriate notices/consents where required).

  • Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) and authorities where required by law.

  • Successors/assignees in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

6) Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies/SDKs/pixels to operate the Sites, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure/serve ads. You can manage preferences via our Cookie Preferences link (see Section 7) and through browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit Site functionality.

7) Your Choices (Nevada)

  • Nevada do-not-sell request (NRS 603A.340 et seq.): If we ever engage in a “sale” of covered information, Nevada residents can direct us not to sell their covered information by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Nevada Do Not Sell” or via /nevada-opt-out. We will respond as required by law.

  • Marketing communications: Unsubscribe via the link in our emails or reply “STOP” to SMS where applicable.

  • Cookie preferences: Adjust settings through our Cookie Preferences tool and your browser/device.

Universal opt-out signals: Where required by applicable law, we will recognize browser- or platform-based universal opt-out mechanisms (e.g., Global Privacy Control or similar state-approved mechanisms) as an opt-out from targeted advertising/“sale” for that browser.

7A) U.S. State Privacy Rights Addendum (Nationwide Coverage)

Who this section covers: U.S. residents in states with comprehensive privacy laws.

Your rights (summary):

1. Access the personal information we hold about you.

2. Delete personal information we collected from you.

3. Correct inaccurate personal information.

4. Portability: receive a portable copy of certain personal information.

5. Opt out of: (a) targeted advertising, (b) sale of personal information, and (c) certain profiling producing legal/significant effects.

6. Appeal our decision if we decline to act on your request.

7. Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Minors: We do not knowingly sell or engage in targeted advertising using personal information of consumers under 16. Contact [email protected] if needed.

How to exercise your rights:

  • Universal signals: Honor supported browser opt-out signals

Definitions:

  • “Sale” / “Share” – Disclosing personal info to third party for monetary/valuable consideration

  • “Targeted advertising” – Ads based on personal info from activities across non-affiliated sites/services

  • “Profiling” – Automated processing of personal info producing legal/significant effects

Verification & authorized agents: May request identity verification; authorized agents must provide proof.

State-specific notes: Section designed for common U.S. state privacy laws; state-specific laws apply as required.

8) Nevada Consumer Health Data (SB 370) — if applicable

We do not intentionally collect consumer health data. If we process “consumer health data,” we will publish a separate notice and enable rights: confirm collection/share/sale, list third parties, withdraw consent, delete data, and appeal. Requests: [email protected] or /health-privacy-request.

Your data may be processed in the U.S. or other countries that may not offer same protection. Appropriate mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) are used where required.

10) Security

Commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure.

11) Data Retention

Retained per Section 2 or as needed: services, legal obligations, disputes, agreements. Deleted or de-identified when no longer required.

12) Children’s Privacy

Sites not directed to children under 13. Contact [email protected] if child info is collected; it will be deleted.
